Lunarpages has excellent telephone support in addition to their email system. Lastly, LunarForums is a very popular message board that will help you through the whole process of setting up and creating your site with feedback from real Lunarpages customers. Con’s Unfortunately, Lunarpages needs to update their pricing to better compete with its other web hosting providers. Their basic plan is very affordable and works well for a user just starting in the web development business. The one problem that we run into is that the advanced user package is priced way above the basic one, and is priced over the competition. This coupled with the extreme difference in features between the two packages makes us believe that they are overselling their servers since most of their plans sold are the lower web space and bandwidth plans.
