InMotion offers a customer support center that includes a 24/7 support desk and email service. Telephone support is available between 8:00am and 11:00 p.m. EST. InMotion Hosting also offers a detailed knowledge database, FAQ section and an excellent customer bulletin board to answer questions on a variety of support related topics. Con’s InMotion Hosting is still a very young company and can’t afford to offer its customers the same pricing structure that other hosts have the privilege to do. There is a big jump between their basic package and their other packages. Another area that InMotion could do better is with their control panel. The site statistics programs are also limiting compared to other web hosting companies (your only options are analog or Webalizer).
